Maintenance Supervisor Wanted

Reports To: General Manager
Days & Hours of Work: Tuesday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Saturday 7:00AM to 3:00PM (one Saturday off per month)
Brief Description of Duties: Ensures that the Mall facilities are well maintained and in good condition at all times. Supervises the maintenance staff; delegates and oversees their work. Is capable of troubleshooting plumbing problems and HVAC and is versed enough in maintenance to be able to determine the appropriate contractor for a job and to evaluate the appropriate work of contractor electricians, plumbers, drywall techs and heating and air conditioning techs.
Essential Knowledge: Basic maintenance, plumbing, electrical and heating and air conditioning.
Essential Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; good computer skills ability to speak effectively with residents or fellow associates.
Essential Abilities: Climb ladders and work in crawl spaces. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of related experience
Licenses or Certifications: HVAC
Other Requirements: Must have reliable transportation.
