The Shops at Kenilworth: Renovation Plans
Greenberg Gibbons has announced plans for a $20 million renovation for the company’s newly acquired Shops at Kenilworth in Towson, including an addition that will include a new wine bar.
The renovation will change both the interior — last renovated in 2000 — and the exterior of the 142,000-square-foot building that opened in 1979. The new design is aimed at modernizing the center and making it more pedestrian friendly, Greenberg Gibbons CEO Brian J. Gibbons said. The project would add several more food retailers.
