The Shops at Kenilworth to host Kenilworth Farmers Market from April 18 through November 21
Farmers Market to take place every Tuesday on Lower Level of Parking Deck
Owings Mills, Md. (March 1, 2017) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today that the popular Kenilworth Farmers Market will be returning this spring to The Shops at Kenilworth, the landmark shopping destination in Towson, Md.
The Kenilworth Farmers Market will occur rain or shine every Tuesday, at 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., from April 18 through November 21. It will be relocated to the lower level of the parking deck in the shopping center, which is currently undergoing a $20 million renovation.
The Kenilworth Famers Market features a wide selection of local, seasonal vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, cheese, pastries, honey, flowers, wine and more. Vendors include Bees by the Bay, Belvedere Farm, Calvert’s Gift Organic Farm, Dejon Vineyard, Fresh Bites Snow Cones, Glenville Hollow Farms, Great Shoals Winery, Harford Vineyards, King Mushrooms, Kite Hill Farm, Max’s Degrees, One Straw Farm, Rare Opportunity Bakehouse, Shepherds Manor Creamery, and Three Springs Fruit Farm.
“The farmer’s market has been a beloved tradition for almost a decade,” said Brian Gibbons, Chairman and CEO of Greenberg Gibbons. “We’re proud to continue to host this great community event as we give The Shops at Kenilworth the polish it deserves.”
The Shops at Kenilworth is currently being updated into a more contemporary, welcoming specialty shopping center and community gathering place. Construction on the property began last summer, and a remodeled Stebbins Anderson store and renovated entrance have already been completed. A new Trader Joe’s will be opening this March. All Shops at Kenilworth retailers remain open and operational during the renovation, which is taking place in phases to minimize disruptions.
Greenberg Gibbons began managing The Shops at Kenilworth in July 2014 and assumed full ownership of the property in April 2015. For more information about the renovation and to follow progress of the project, visit: www.GGCommercial.com/KenilworthRenovations.
